I presume that in practice this can only apply at present to C.N.A.C. service from Hongkong to Chungking. This service has in the past been used on several occasions by members of this Embassy and the Military Attaché and Air Attaché had been intending to use it in the near future. service has now been discontinued (see Commercial Secretary Hongkong's telegram No. 20 to me).
